Nurtures creative from pitch through development. Writes proposals and scripts. Doctors speeches.
Directs in the studio and on-location. Supervises edit sessions--even as they run deep into the night. Calms worriers. (Though he is a habitual worrier.) Strokes egos. (But what about his?) Brings big smiles to important faces.
